- 15 November 2024: Paper Presentations, Impact and Innovation Award, GOR Thesis Award 2025 Session “Innovation in Practice” and Workshops
- 24 January 2025: GOR Poster Award 2025
- 10 February 2025: Deadline for early bird registration & for poster presenters registration (usually the first author)
- 17 February 2025: Revision of accepted conference abstracts
- 23 February 2025: Presenting author registration & registration for poster presenters (usually the first author)
- 21 March 2025: Presentation slides and poster upload
- 31 March 2025: GOR 25 pre-conference day with workshops
- 01 April- 02 April 2025: GOR 25 conference days
