Travelling to and in Cologne

Cologne is very easy to reach by train. Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) offers local, regional, long-distance, and international train services.
You can find schedules and connections to and from other cities, including Berlin, on the Deutsche Bahn website.

If you’re travelling by plane, the nearest airport is Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN), which serves both domestic and international flights. Or you may choose to travel to Düsseldorf International Airport (DUS), which is a 40min- train ride away.

To reach the University of Cologne campus Vogelsangerstr by public transport, you can take the tram lines 3 or 4 and get off at Leyendecker Str. From there, it’s only a short walk to the campus.

The party location, Blue Shell, is also centrally located and easily reachable by public transport -only a few minutes from the university area. Take line 15, 16, 18, 12 and get of at Barbarossaplatz.
